Sarah Mamdouh Books
Sarah Mamdouh holds a PhD in Ophthalmology (2020). A children's and young adult author, she began by publishing an educational story series for children through Zahma Kitab Publishing House, followed by a self-published series on difference and acceptance of others. She has since published numerous children's stories with Egyptian and Arab publishing houses, including: "Hala Bala" (Kadi Publishing House), "Ramadi" (Saudi Arabia), "Did a Piece of the Moon Fall into the Sea?" (Ru'ya Publishing House), "Dhad Wahid Bayn al-Awraq," "Taq Taq Min Bal-Bab," and "Helw Kal-Tuffah" (Tayyiba Publishing House), "Ramadan," "Karim," "Al-Futur Ya Karkour" (Al-Mustaqbal Publishing House), and "Rayan Fi Rihlat al-Ahlam" (Al-Mustaqbal Electronic Publishing House). She has also published "Za'ir Jadid" and "Fi Jaib Ummi" (Kashmish Kuwaiti Publishing House). Dozens more stories are currently being prepared for publication by various Egyptian and Arab publishing houses. She also writes regularly for children in Fares Magazine, published by Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation, and has contributed to the prestigious Kuwaiti magazine, Al-Arabi Al-Saghir. In addition to children's stories, she has written stories for young adults, such as "Tawq Najat" (Mahatat Misr Publishing House), with others forthcoming. I participated in preparing educational games for children such as "Treasure of Letters" and "Diamond Hunter" for Nabdh Al Qalam Publishing House in the UAE.
