Andy Catpell Books

My name is Andy Cutbell, a British children's author, born near London in 1972. I studied art at university and then completed postgraduate studies in art direction, working for several years in television advertising production. I then moved on to writing children's comics and picture books, and created the award-winning CITV series "Albie" in collaboration with Cosgrove Hall Films. Among my most famous books are "The Cow That Laid an Egg" and "Albie and the Big Race," in collaboration with illustrator Russell Ito. I currently live in Dartmoor, Devon, with my wife, son, and daughter.
